Coed Middle School Cross Country · MMS XC Travels to Harper Creek

MMS Boys Cross Country runners in the box and ready to run.

The MMS Redhawk Cross Country team traveled to Battle Creek on Tuesday in hopes of continuing their success. The boys team finished third overall in this two mile race and were led by eighth grader Aidan McPartlin (13:00), eighth grader Aiden Alegria (13:55), sixth grader  Clark Erwin (14:28), eighth grader Nicholas Ferreira (14:36), and eighth grader Robert Munden (15:30). Aidan McPartlin finished twelfth overall and received a medal.

Meanwhile, the girls team got fourth overall. Scoring were eighth grader Eliza MacQuaig (15:51), eighth grader Lucy Gensh (16:20), eighth grader Camille DeCola (18:02), seventh grader Darian Henson (18:03), and eighth grader Hannah Eggleton (19:17). Eliza MacQuaig finished nineteenth overall and received a medal.  

The Redhawks travel to Delton Kellogg on Thursday, Sept. 12 to race for more medals and personal records.
