Summer Activities and Requirements

1…Only outdoor activities allowed at this time. No one is allowed in the school building without administrative approval.

3…Copies of the document above are required at all work-outs and activities. It should be used as a resource for reminders and guidance.
4…The COVID-19 Athlete/Coach Monitoring Form must be completed prior to each session and retained for records and potential tracking. This includes a mandatory temperature check. Anyone with a temperature over 100.3 F is not allowed to participate and should stay home until the temperature returns to under 100.3 F and for four days after they are fever free.

Key Points
Work in small groups.
Social Distancing must be followed at all times. NO PHYSICAL CONTACT!
All participants must wash hands prior to and immediately following sessions.
Do not share food or water. Bring your own water.
Face masks should be worn…exceptions are distance running and high-intensity aerobic activity.
Cleaning and disinfecting of shared equipment (footballs, soccer balls, etc.) should occur as permitted during a practice or workout session.
