Redhawks place 7th at State Meet—Saturday, March 27, 2021

On Friday March 26th freshman diver Josh Kase represented the Redhawks at the state meet in Hamilton. He placed 34th overall with 122.20 points. Good job Josh!

On Saturday March 27th the Marshall Redhawks placed 7th overall at the 2021 MHSAA D3 Championships at the Holland Aquatic Center. Way to go guys!

The 200 Medley relay team of Korten, Dent, Turner, and Culp placed 8th with a time of 1:39.07.

Nathan Turner placed 9th in the 200 Freestyle with a time of 1:45.66.

In the 50 Freestyle, Marcos Eshius placed 22nd with a time of 22.99.

Marshall’s 200 freestyle relay of Eshius, Korten, Dent, and Culp placed 7th with a time of 1:30.04.

Two swimmers swam for Marshall in the 100 backstroke. Jerome Korten took 23rd with a time of 57.33. Nathan Turner placed 4th with a time of 53.02, setting a new Marshall High School record.

Anthony Dent and Aidan Bohl represented Marshall in the 100 Breaststroke. Bohl placed 22nd with a time of 1:04.77. Dent placed 6th with a time of 59.75.

Marshall’s 400 freestyle relay team of Turner, Eshius, Culp, and Korten placed 7th in the final race of the day with a time of 3:18.39.

Well done Marshall!  Congrats on a great season!  League Champs for the 5th season in row and yet another top 10 Finish for the Redhawk Program.
