After 17 days since the girls played their last game, the varsity girls basketball team competed again Friday afternoon against Battle Creek Central. The team played well enough to come away with a 66-41 victory.
“It was nice to get back to playing as we’ve been off for so long. We did some nice things today and definitely have some things to work on before our next game. We had 3 girls, Sienna, Anna, and Lilly, get their first varsity points today so that was very exciting for our team! Beyond those three, we had 7 others score so it was nice to get so many girls involved.”
