The Marshall boys competed in regional singles at Continental Lanes on Saturday. 

 
Senior Ayden George was the ruler of the day. He started off blazing hot with a 234 and 266. He then turned in a 212 and 191 before finishing with a 230 and a 192 for a total of 1325, an average of over 22 for the day! He bested the second palace finisher by 57 pins. Ayden will now compete at the state competition on Saturday morning in Waterfod's Century Bowl.Ayden will be making his second trip to state. He qualified previously during his sophomore campaign.
 
Joining Ayden at the state competition will be Senior Summer Stone. Shet is making a return trip after finishing 17th last season, one pin outside of the cut into match play. Summer finished the regional in fourth place with a 1028. She had games of 139, 216, 160, 137, 189 and 187. That gave her an average of 171 for the day. 
 
One other note, Deli Fields finished in eighth position. The top seven advance to state. She  fell short of the seventh spot by only 3 pins. While unfortunate, she had a very good day.
