The Varsity girls basketball team hosted Battle Creek Lakeview Tuesday night for their last home contest of the season. After a shaky start, the girls settled down and started to string together some quality transitions. 

"We talked before the game about remaining calm against their press and not turning the ball over. Well, we did the exact opposite for the first few minutes and struggled to maintain our composure. After we calmed down a bit and stopped forcing passes, we figured it out and played a solid game for the remainder of the contest. It's always nice for our seniors to get a win in their last game on their home court as well."

 

The girls will have one more regular season game at Ovid-Elsie on Thursday.
