Game 1: Marshall 4 Fowler 0

Bella Ryan did it all for Marshall in game 1! The senior hit two opposite field bombs and drove in all 4 runs. Brielle Kelly and Gwen Beach each added two hits. That was all Layne Churchill would need as she shut down a very talented Fowler team. Churchill went all 7 innings, giving up 3 hits and striking out 7 in a dominant performance. 

 

Game 2:

Marshall 8 Fowler 1

Brooke Carden drove in 4 runs to lead the Redhawks. Addison Carden went 3-4 and the Redhawks collected 12 hits total. Claire Kelly was very effective in the circle, going 7 innings and striking out 10.
