MHSAA Scholar-Athlete Award

EAST LANSING, Mich. – Jan. 22 – The 120 finalists for the Michigan High School Athletic Association’s Scholar-Athlete Awards for the 2015-16 school year have been announced.  Congrats to Marshall’s Abbey Ufkes for being named a finalist for the MHSAA Scholar-Athlete Award. Tyler Horn, Class of 2015, represented Marshall last year. Scholarships will be presented proportionately

Redhawks sweep Harper Creek

Congrats to Marshall Basketball as both the boys’ and the girls’ programs won all three games this past Thursday and Friday! The girls varsity posted a 52-31 win to stay in first place of the Interstate-8 and the boys varsity finished the sweep with a 81-69 win to also remain on top in the I-8.

In Tuesday’s Interstate Eight road victory over Charlotte, every player on Marshall’s roster scored at least one point. Location change for Wednesday January 20th.  Tonight’s Interstate-8 Quad will be at Coldwater High School…not at MHS.  The Redhawks will take on Northwest and Charlotte.  JV @ 5:30 and Varsity starting @ 6:00. Boys Defeat Charlotte

MHS Boys basketball teams all recorded conference wins on Tuesday night when the Redhawks hosted the Charlotte Orioles. The Freshman boys finished 81-31 against Charlotte, bringing the Redhawks to 7-1 on the season and 4-1 in the I8.  The JV team continued the evening with a 78-45 victory, bringing the Redhawks to 9-0 for the season and

Another Sweep for Boys Basketball

Once again the Redhawk Boys Basketball teams came out with a sweep against their opponents, with victories Thursday and Friday night over the Northwest Mounties.
