Girls Varsity Golf wins I-8 Jamboree #4

Girls Golf traveled to Jackson’s Hankard Hills Golf Course for the I-8 Jamboree #4.  The Marshall team is proving its tough to beat, as it came in first place again within the I-8.  Everyone played a solid round Wednesday with scores of: Kylie Brown-54, Katie Kolassa-50, Malena Solis-49, Marie Mathieu-46, Emily McLane-40, Karlee Malone-39. Congratulations!

Girls Golf Competes at Coldwater Invitational

Girls golf competed in the 16-team Coldwater Invitational today, placing 5th over-all.  Individually, Marshall’s Karlee Malone was the medalist with an 18-Hole score of 78.  Other scores included:  Marie Mathieu-101, Emily McLane-102, Katie Kolassa-112, Malena Solis-114 and Kylie Brown-120(nc).  The team plays again tomorrow in the 18-Hole Top 50/Marion Jr. Tournament . Girls Varsity Golf Places 1st

The Girls Varsity Golf Team brought home a big win for Marshall, placing 1st in The Hanover-Horton Invitational in Jackson.  Marshall edged out Jackson Lumen Christi by 2 strokes to take the first place title out of 12 total teams.  Individually, Marshall had 3 golfers place in the top ten: Marie Mathieu (9th), Emily McLane

Girls Varsity Golf Concludes Season

Girls Varsity Golf Concluded their Fall Season with the completion of Day 2 at State Finals.  The 36-hole tournament was hosted by MSU’s Forest Akers Golf Course, where 108 Varisty golfers competed.  Individual scores for Day 2 included: Karlee Malone 90 (22nd place), Marie Mathieu 92 (30th place), Loren Bates 94 (39th place), Emily McLane

Girls Varsity Golf Brings Regional Trophy Home!

What a day for the Varsity Girls Golf Team! The girls varsity golf team traveled to what seemed like the equator for the Sturgis Invitational.  Even with the sweltering heat, the team played tough, scoring 362 which earned them a 3rd place finish out of 15 teams.
