Marshall High School Varsity Baseball Season Comes to an End.

Marshall faced two time Division ll State Champs, Stevensville Lakeshore in the pre-regional game played in Coldwater. Lakeshore scored early and often and the Redhawks had no answer, with the final score being 14-1. Marshall Baseball Wins District Title for 2nd Consecutive Year!

In the Semi-Finals, Marshall outlasted Coldwater 7-4.  In the District Championship game, the Redhawks came out on top of Pennfield 8-7.  In the Championship game, Pennfield took a 5 run lead in the top of the 1st inning.  Then in the bottom of the 2nd inning, Marshall bounced back with 7 runs of their own.

Both the Varsity Baseball and Varsity Softball teams travel to Coldwater on Saturday June 1st to compete in the MHSAA District Tournament. Baseball:  Marshall vs. Coldwater 10:00 am Softball:  Marshall vs. Olivet 10:00 am Admission will be $6.00 per person. Good Luck Redhawks!

Marshall clinched it by beating Harper Creek 9-2, finishing a game that was suspended on April 11th. Redhawk Baseball Continues to Roll

The MHS Baseball team traveled to Hastings on Tuesday and swept a doubleheader. In game 1 the Redhawks scored 18 runs while holding Hastings to 4 runs.   Trenton Fuller picked up the win on the mound.    Cooper Middleton had 3 hits,  Rickey  Nye 2, and Fuller helped his cause with 2 hits including a double.
