Marshall High School

After an outstanding freshman season at the University of Michigan, including a 13:43 5K race and a tenth place finish in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the Big 10 Track & Field championships, 2025 MHS graduate Jack Bidwell finished 2nd in the USA U20 (under 20) Track & Field Championships. His second place finish, only half a second out of first, qualified Jack for the U20 World Championships, held August 5 - 9 at historic Hayward Field in Eugene, Oregon. Over 147 countries were represented at the games, and on a hot, smokey August night, Jack lined up with 25 of the best young runners from around the globe. Running with the front runners for the first mile, donning his USA jersey, Jack eventually finished a very respectable thirteenth. Jack proudly and honorably represented the United States, just as he did Marshall High School for four years. All of Marshall is very proud of you Jack Keep up the great work!! Forever a Redhawk....
