Marshall was unable to break through in any of the four doubles matches, and Okemos controlled the meet from start to finish. At No. 1 singles, Okemos’ Sahaj Pakala posted a dominant 6-0, 6-0 win over Harrison Nessel, while Akash Krishnan matched that result at No. 3 singles with a 6-0, 6-0 victory over Dean Haroff. Those straight-set shutouts set the tone for a lopsided afternoon. The most competitive match came at No. 4 singles, where Connor Haskel held off Arjun Lamuth 7-5, 6-3 to keep the momentum moving for Okemos. The doubles courts were even more decisive, as Okemos swept all four spots, including 6-2, 6-2 at No. 1 doubles from Haresh Karthikeyan and Hunter Wang. The shutout moved Okemos to 3-1 on the season.
