8/29/2026 Fowlerville Tournament: 1st Place Hartland – 15pts, 2nd Place Marshall – 11pts, 3rd Place Tie Fowlerville/John Glenn – 10pts. The #3 doubles teams of Brady Hill and Landen Emmons went undefeated to win their flight championship at the Fowlerville Tournament. Strong 2nd place finishes were also earned by Brendan Parks at #2 singles, Jack Marsh and John Hazen at #1 doubles, and Sam Scott and Brogan Jones at #4 doubles. Brady Hill and Landen Emmons are the nominees after posting a perfect 3-0 record to become the #3 doubles flight champions at the Fowlerville Tournament. The team showed great resilience by bouncing back from a tough loss to Okemos to earn a 2nd place finish at the competitive Fowlerville Tournament. Marshall Tennis Rebounds for Second-Place Tournament Finish The Marshall High School boys' tennis team demonstrated significant resilience this week, bouncing back from a difficult start to secure a second-place finish at the Fowlerville Tournament on Saturday. The week began with a challenging non-conference match against a formidable Okemos division 1 team, resulting in an 0-8 loss for Marshall. Despite the tough outcome, the team regrouped just two days later to compete in the Fowlerville Tournament. Their collective effort paid off, leading to a strong second-place team finishing with 11 points. The performance was highlighted by a flight championship from the #3 doubles team of Brady Hill and Landen Emmons, who went undefeated on the day. The team's depth was further showcased by three flights earning second-place finishes: Brendan Parks at #2 singles, the #1 doubles team of Jack Marsh and John Hazen, and the #4 doubles team of Sam Scott and Brogan Jones. The strong tournament showing was a testament to the team's character and ability to rebound from adversity.
