Marshall (4-3-1) defeated Coldwater (5-5) by a 6-2 score on September 23rd, winning three of four courts in both singles and doubles. Coldwater claimed No. 1 singles, but Marshall controlled the rest of the lineup including a steady 6-4, 6-4 performance by Brendan Parks at No. 2 singles. Marshall answered with a pair of three-set victories in the middle singles flights. At No. 3 singles, Arjun Lamuth rallied past Coldwater’s Logun Fisher 4-6, 6-2, 6-3, while Dean Haroff followed at No. 4 with a 6-2, 4-6, 6-3 win over Caden Birts. The doubles lineup gave Marshall another three wins, including a steady 6-4, 6-4 performance by Jack Marsh and John Hazen at No. 1 doubles, Landen Emmons and Brady Hill at No. 2 doubles, and Brogan Jones and Elliott Nicholson added a dominant 6-2, 6-2 victory at No. 4 doubles, underscoring the depth that carried Marshall to the balanced team result.
