Girls Tie for First, Lose in Tiebreaker

 

The Redhawk Cross Country Team won the second I-8 Jamboree on Tuesday and are in excellent position to win their 3rd consecutive league title.  Jack Bidwell (1st), Reece Davis (4th) and Abe McHugh (5th) led the Redhawks.  Also scoring were Cam Weers and Ty Winchell.

 

The girls continue to improve every meet, tying Parma Western for first.  Unfortunately the girls lost the tiebreaker as Parma's 6th runner was in front of Marshalls.  Scoring for the Ladyhawks were Leah McPartlin in 3rd, Alaina Dillon in 8th, Savannah Richmond in 10th, Adi Domingo in 13th and Maura Young in 14th.

 

The teams will be back at Turkeyville this Saturday for the Calhoun County Meet.
