The Freshmen girls basketball team had their season opener Tuesday night home against Gull Lake. They came out a little slow and trailed the Blue Devils 23-13 at the half. In the second half the Redhawks only gave up 6 points to win the contest 39-29. Scoring for Marshall was Emma Ladd with 13pts, Anna Casey 9pts, Alaina Dillon 9pts, Ada Winchell 3pts, Ana Young 3pts, Gabby Thompson 2pts.
