“We started off hot, leading at the end of the first quarter by a score of 12-4. Pennfield then clawed back and we had found ourselves in a battle throughout the second and third. We then found a way to pull away, outscoring Pennfield 17-4 in the fourth quarter, about 7 of those in the last minute. It was nice that we had scoring from 9 different players tonight and some big contributions off of the bench. It was a great team win. We now prepare for a tough non-conference matchup with Mason Tuesday night.”

 

With the win, the team is now 3-0 on the season, and 2-0 in the conference.
