The Freshmen Redhawks traveled to Hastings Wednesday for their first league game of the season. It was close throughout, with the girls taking a 20-18 halftime lead. It was back and forth the whole game, with a chance to tie it up at the end, but they fell a little short losing the game 30-29. Scoring for Marshall was Nyla Whittaker 7pts, Anna Casey 6pts, Emma Ladd 5pts, Ada Winchell 4pts & 5 rebounds, Ana Young 2pts & 4 rebounds, Mallorie Holbrook 2pts, Alaina Dillon 2pts.
