The Redhawk girls bowling team travelled to M-66 Bowl on Monday for a conference match up with Pennfield. They returned home victorious with a score of 30-0 over a shorthanded Pennfield team. The Hawks were led by game 1 individual scores of 183 by Dalila Fields, 179 by Ember Boughton and 168 from Olivia Stone. Game two was highlighted by Ember Boughton with another 179, Zoey Stone with 170 and 154 from McKenna Cornell. Marshall then produced baker games of 131 and 168.

On Tuesday, it was a match up with Coldwater at Midway Lanes. Game 1 went to the Redhawks by a score of 749-667 led by Zoey Stone with a 214 and Delilah Creighton's 160. Game 2 went to the Cardinals, 696-675. Zoey Stone had the top score with a 150. Needing to win one of the baker games and total score of the two to secure the match, the ladies came out firing in game one. After starting with a strike in each of the first five frames, they cruised to a 192-127 victory. The baker portion wrapped up with a 177-136 game in favor of the Redhawks to sweep the baker portion and secure the match 21-9.

The Redhawks are now 10-1 on the season, 5-1 in I-8 play trailing only Jackson NW in the league standings. The Redhawks will travel to Jax 60 on Thursday for a non-conference match with Lumen Christi before beginning the final stretch of the season next week at Hastings and home against Western. The following week will have a road match with Western before what they hope will be a championship showdown with league leader, Jackson Northwest to wrap the regular season.
