MHS Cheerleading is hosting open gyms on the dates below. No experience required to attend an open gym! We will work on stunting, jumping, tumbling, and do a core workout! This is a great way to either keep up on your cheer skills or build new ones. This is also a great way to get a taste of what we do if you are interested in trying out for a team. Please wear athletic clothes and dry tennis shoes! You must have an up-to-date MHSAA physical in order to participate!
