“We had a really slow start to the game. We struggled to defend their penetration and I certainly should have made a defensive switch to our zone sooner. Once we did, we did a much better job at containing the drive and limited their offensive productivity. We had a huge spark from our group that started the third quarter and the team as a whole really stepped up on the second half. We went into half only leading by 1, 25-24. We came out in the third quarter fired up and outscored the Wildcats 18-8, and 15-3, in the third and fourth quarters respectively. 

 

We travel to Lakeview for our final regular season game on Thursday and then start prep for districts next Wednesday. “

 

The girls are hosting districts this year and will play next Wednesday at 7pm vs Three Rivers.
