On Monday,  April 21st, senior Austin Miller held a signing ceremony as he committed to play collegiate basketball at Albion College.  He was joined by some of his closest supporters.  In addition to his 3 years on the varsity basketball team, he was also a 3 year starter at QB for the varsity football team and a 3 year player on the varsity baseball team.

 

Throughout his basketball career, Austin has been one of the best 3 point shooters on our team.  This past season he took it to another level earning honorable mention all state for the Detroit News, BCAM and AP all state lists along with being voted all conference for the second straight year. He is a 2 time captain of the varsity basketball team as well. Austin led his team this season to the quarterfinals for the first time in 27 years.  All of these accolades and he has remained hungry and humble.  Albion is getting a kid that works extremely hard, is a great teammate and will do whatever the team needs to help them win. As coaches, we are proud of how far he has grown the past 3 years and look forward to seeing him compete at the collegiate level.  We know he will continue to do GREAT things!
