Marshall High School men’s golf team traveled to Devils Lake Golf Club in Manitou Beach, Michigan today to play in the Onsted Invitational.

 It was a very good day for the Marshall men who entered two teams and finished 1st and 3rd. If that wasn’t enough the Marshall men as a team set a new school record with a team low of 294. This is the second event in a row that this team has tied or lowered the record!

 Leading all scorers and earning Medalist Honors was Kayden Granger who shot a great score of 69, a new personal record. Closely behind Kayden were Xander Goss (72)3rd Clark Erwin (76)7th, Karson Moga (77)9th and Colten Scherer (80)barely missing top ten with an 11th place finish.

 Marshall’s second team entered shot a very good score of 324, led by Henry Strand with another PR of 74 and finished in 4th place overall. He was followed closely in the 7th position by Henry Martin with a (76). Also playing for Marshall were Landon Fazekas with another PR @ 81 (12th), Thane Brownell a 93(37th) and Riese Domingo with a 105 (49th).

 It was a great day for Marshall golf!!!!
